The length of time someone engages in therapy varies widely. Some individuals experience significant improvement in their symptoms and mental health within a few months. Others may require and prefer long-term engagement in therapy. We firmly believe that the absence of psychological ailments does not necessarily equate to wellness. Therefore, the length of your treatment will be an ongoing discussion between you and your provider.
